Our agency president Tim Browne has extensive client side (Anheuser-Busch, Time-Warner/HBO) and agency side (Saatchi & Saatchi, Young & Rubicam, Johnson Grossfield Agency, John Ryan Retail Marketing) experience, helping such brands reach new levels of market share and sales increases like Budweiser®, Busch®, Windex®, Glade®, Curves®, HBO®/Cinemax®, Toyota®, Dodge®, Polaris®, Barnes & Noble®, Kroger Stores®, Walt Disney Company®, Scotch-Brite®, Yamaha®, Hi-Pro®, Pro-Plan®, etc. As an early employee at Home Box Office (New York City), Tim developed the direct response, national promotion, and subscriber acquisition and retention departments for the #1 pay TV service which today has over 20 million subscribers. Prior to HBO, he was classically trained on Madison Avenue in retail advertising/auto dealer association advertising. Tim has been a frequent guest speaker at the Promotional Marketing Association, Retail Advertising Conference and the Hispanic Marketing Conference, and is a member of the Minnesota Lettermen “M” Club. He’s been an MBA program adjunct marketing professor at University of St. Thomas Opus School of Business and brings a wealth of experience in marketing management, media, advertising, product launches, co-op advertising, licensed property promotional tie-ins, broadcast production, sponsorships, and both marketing theory and practicality to best assist clients in business growth.

Colleen Ohrbeck Browne Principal, Senior Vice-President/Managing Director
Agency co-founder Colleen Ohrbeck Browne’s background includes corporate packaged goods marketing and promotion experience with Minnetonka Brands and in retail with May Department Stores, and Donaldson’s Department Stores. Colleen has managed successful campaigns for Jeep, Walman Optical, Nestle Purina, 3M and Wells Fargo and the agency’s pro bono marketing support for such organizations as the U.S. Open Golf Championship, NCAA Final Four, Special Olympics, Minnesota Gopher Sports Hall of Fame and the Minnesota Transportation Museum. She heads up operations, production and creative at the agency.
